The methodology helps generate a wide range of proposals and allows for reaching stakeholders who use social networks and messengers as their main communication and engagement channels. These include, but are not limited to: opinion leaders, politicians, non-governmental organizations, public figures and activists, volunteers, and volunteer groups (initiatives).
