RDED (DZOR) – Research of Public Demand, Monitoring, and Objective Evaluation of Public Decisions methodology
This applied methodology provides practical guidance on the steps for researching public demand, evaluating the effectiveness and quality of decisions made by local governments, and assessing their real impact on addressing issues related to overcoming the consequences of military actions in Ukrainian communities.
The applied methodology is expected to promote transparency, openness, accountability, and public accessibility in the activities of government bodies at various levels. It aims to make decisions more relevant to public demand, effective, and strategic, with results that contribute to the sustainable development of communities

Let’s conduct monitoring, verify, and evaluate together "what changes residents want" and "what decisions the government proposes," using this unique applied methodology! Now fill out the form
The key objective of the methodology is to implement a step-by-step algorithm for comprehensive research that includes:
1) identification of local community issues related to overcoming the consequences of military actions,
2) selection of the most relevant and key issues from a list based on specific criteria,
3) conducting in-depth monitoring and evaluation of the quality of decisions made by local governments, particularly the impact of these decisions on the community, followed by recommendations for their improvement or the development of additional decisions.
